Do the diners who eat in Hells Kitchen pay for their meals!?
If I wanted to dine there, how would I go about it!?
Do they reserve a table, like you would in any other high class restaurant!?

They do not pay!. They are told to really voice their opinion & not hold back!.!.!. short of really making a scene!.!.!. that is for Gordon to do! They are invited but I do not know if they get a name on the list 'through the grapevine' because they have some connection!. Good luck! The building was a former TV studio which was converted into a restaurant!.
When the diners get to the restaurant they decide if they want to eat from the red or blue kitchen so there are no reservations!. If you are the last one there you get whatever table is left!.
From what I understand they do not have to pay for the meal because they want their opinion; I also read some where that each diner gets compensated $50!.00 for their time but not to be actors!.
