I think that the young lady that is suppose to be in the vidoe with is not the one pressing charges on Kelly then these people need to stop digging!. The trial was Long overdue!. Laws protect minors for a reason--because they are too young to make responsible decisions for themselves!. What goes on between 2 consenting Adults is one thing, but a 14 year old is a CHILD, physically and legally!. If they can prove that the girl was a minor, and that the adult in the video is R!. Kelly, then the penalties for that offense are already decided by the Penal Code for that state!. Doesn't matter if it is R!. Kelly or John Doe, what matters is that the law has been violated!.
