I will probably sound heartless also, but his friend had the decision to not get into the car!. He is as responsible as Nick!. I have no sympathy for any of these young kids who drink and drive or get into cars with their drunk friends!. Out of curiousity, was the friend who was injured also drunk!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
