Is Vincent Donofrio returning to Law and Order CI?!

I heard that he only had a 7 year contract!. I don't think the show would make it without him!. I don't llike det Logan!. Has anyone heard if Vincent signed a new contract or not!. they have been announcing new episodes on USA this summer but all the commercials show the ones from this year so I was just wondering!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
