They Never Ask?!
Question: They Never Ask!?
Have you noticed on these crime shows, especially Criminal Minds, when the team gives Garcia a name of a suspect to put into the computer to see what comes up she never, ever ask how the name is spelled especially if it is a foreign name!.
The name could be "Jim Zieurlowskieky (made up)" and she will type that baby with no questions asked about the spelling and bring up information!.LOL
In fact NOBODY on TV crime shows ask how anything is spelled when they want to look it up on the computer whether it is a person or place and all of them are the fastest typist in the world, male or female!.
I know this is TV but at least make it somewhat believable!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Most criminal databases will search for multiple spellings, so even if they mess it up, it will look up common spellings, similar names, aliases, and other things that might relate!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
NCIC (National Crime Information Center) terminals do multiple name searches at one time!. So if you get any where close to it it'll pull it up!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
