Question: Is American Idol finished!?
AI has gotten lamer and lamer over the years!. This season was horrible, I Tivo'd it and fast forwarded through most of it!. Do you think they will do another season!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Sorry hon but American Idol will be back in January 2009!. Its going to be around for a few more seasons!. You will have to fast forward your TIVO for a while!. yes there will be more idol and really i dont care that i will get booed for this but i am saying it anyway why is it that people constantly get on here and talk about how lame or boring american idol is!? even if you dont have cable you have at least 2 other channels to watch so dont watch it!. there are alot of shows i dont care for like lost, survivor, i could go on but i do not complain about them because other people do like them i just dont watch them!.!.!.!.!.!. its that easy people just turn the channel most people do have remotes now days you can do it from your seat!.!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I agree, it's been going downhill, but I actually liked this season!. The contestants were all so unique & there was such a diversity of talent!. & for once, America got it right deciding the winner!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes AI is finished they finished last Last Wednesday!.
AI has been getting more boring over the past few years, i haven't been watching it!. I watched it last year!.
I think they will do another season because there is ALOT of people out there who still want to be a singer!

Yes, American Idol will continue as long as it draws a huge audience!. It might take several more years before advertisers are not willing to sponsor the show anymore because of dwindling ratings!.

The contract is valid through next year but I have a good feeling the contract will not be renewed!. I am turned off by the fact that these people are already professionals!. also the stupid people at the beginning aren't even that funny anymore!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
it hasn't got lamer for me though!. i haven't really watched past AI seasons but i do totally loved season 7!.!. all the contestants were awesome!.!.
