Why don't actors cry real tears on tv?!

Question: Why don't actors cry real tears on tv!?
But in movies they actually cry!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
Television has too many takes to do on a shorter time schedule than in movies!. they would need a make-up touch up in between each take and real tears make your eyes puff up!. Its just easier to pretend you are crying without the constant interuptions!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

well they're just acting and im not sure if they do cry for real or not but think of it this way!. on set with everyone staring at you and after you've practised the lines and hav taken some shoots u might not be able to cry about that scene anymore, becuz you've become used to it!. and it takes longer and is a lot harder to make real tears instead of jus using some eye drops!.

i think its the same for movies and tv!. im not completely sure about it but i doubt that it would change from tv to the big screen!. i think if they're able to make realt ears they do , otherwise the just use drops :)

hope this helps =)Www@Enter-QA@Com

If you're intimating that what you see are glycerine tears, you're probably very wrong!. If you see a tear come from the eyes!.!.!.it's real!. If you see a tear rolling down the cheek, but never saw it leave the eye!.!.!.then quite possibly it's a glycerine tear!.
BUT!.!.!.if you're stating you DON'T see tears at all!.!.!.!.then it's probably a case of poor acting!. A good actor/actress can cry "on demand"!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Movies are fake, they're acting!. But in their real lives they try not to show their true emotions because they don't need any more attention that they've already got, and honestly who wants to be seen crying on TV for the whole entire world to watch!.!.over and over!.!.and probably end up on TMZ!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

they do cry real tears!.
thats the whole point of acting!

they wouldnt splash water over their face!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
