1!. when liz and Jason slept togeter Jason was a free man free as a bird to do what ever he wants to do!.
2!.when liz got pregnant she didn't no who's the father was and
when liz finds out liz lied which was 100% wrong but she told
Jason the truth but they were going to tell sam and lucky ,
when Jason was trying to tell sam about the baby sam babble
about wouldn't be able to carry a child full term thats when
Jason decided not to tell sam!.3!.later Jason decided to tell
sam but liz didn't believe sam would keep quiet and look what
happened now and liz believe sam would want Jason file for
custody so she could play mommy which is what sam want when she finds out!.4!.Jaon didn't fail to protect sam when she
got shot because Jason didn't no or see were the shot was
coming from as for Jasam break up is because sam obession
of want a baby and lack of trust and other things,as Jason love

Well in their (GH producers) attempt to bring the romance part back into GH, they made Sam the jealous ex in a way!. But you're right, he was a free man!.
