Well, John lives there cause he inherited everything of Stefano's!. EJ and Sami moved in with the twins because they had to show the immigration department that they lived together and supposedly they had no money to pay their rent!. Then Marlena moved in because Sami asked her too!. Now Lucas is living there under house arrest because noone bothered to tell him that EJ was living there with Sami!. He assumed it was just Sami and the twins, so obviously he would want to be with Sami and his daughter!.
