David Cook!! Who thought he wasn't going to win?!

I completely agree with you!. I've been a David Cook fan ever since the very beginning!. I also did like Archuleta at one point too, but he showed no progression for me!. He always sang those same old boring songs!. Cook actually mixed it up a bit, and he rocked every single time he did!.

I think america did get it right, I was afraid that David A was going to win for popularity, but I'm so glad that David C won because he is far more talented!. I actually cried when Ryan announced it was Cook too!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I thought exactly the same thing as you! Based on the screams from the little girls and that Archuleta was the cutesy little boy he would win!. Not that he isnt a great singer, but he had all the teeny boppers votes for sure!. Then when Ryan said "by 12 million votes" I thought for SURE it was Archuleta because of the little girls!. But when Ryan said Cook I let out a shriek and was clapping, my husband said he heard me over our babies monitor LOL I voted for him like 10 times so it was nice to think I had a part in it hahaha

I just wanted it to come down to Archie and Cook!. After that, I didn't really care because I didn't want to see either of them loose!. I think it would have been more beneficial for Archie to have won, because then he would have been under AI contract, and I'm pretty sure Cook could do all of that on his own!. I absolutely didn't think he was going to win!! Espec!. after Tues!. Night and the judges comments about how DA had the competition in his pocket and so on--(I thought DC did a great job on the U2 song and the Aerosmith song last week), not to mention his fan base!. When Ryan announced DC I was shocked!!!!! But very happy!. I hope they (19 Entertainment) allow him to do his style of music, the kind that brought him this far down the road to all of us!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
