Yep, i was GOB SMACKED when Sir Alan fired Raef!. I so thought that Micheal was gone - the guy is like a turd you cannot flush!.
But then the 'prize' is the chance to work with Sir Alan and, having seen his performace to date, I think Raef is better off outside this grubby little man's empire!.

i knew that the "atishu" was going to win when i first saw both ads!.!.!.!. simply because thats what advertisements is all about
you are advertising a product so you HAVE to flash it at the audience!.!.!.!.!. especially if its a new product!.!.!. because people have short memories and you only get 20-30 seconds of their time, and that too they could be thinking of something else, being talked to by their wives / husbands / children - so your advert HAS to make an impact!.!.!.!.
i mean look at any advert which launches a new product - a new brand of car - how many times do they flash the car and the logo at you!.!.!. the intention is that the viewer REMEMBERS your logo and remembers your name and when they see it in a supermarket, they will think 'ah i have seen this' -
one thing i learnt in business is that if your consumer remembers your advert (even if for the entirely wrong reasons) THEN its a success !Www@Enter-QA@Com

I did but Sir Alan was right in what he said - advertising depends on bright colours of product and cornyiness!. Raefs commercial was brill i thought but it would have been better if the boy handed the girl the box of tissues with the name visible!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I guess Raef's team should have had the boy whip out a box of the tissues from an Harvey Nicks carrier bag at the end!.
