Question: Why are there only 16 episodes in the 4th season of house!?
There are ussualy around 24 episodes in a season, the same is happening with desperate housewives aswel and other tv shows!. Is there some sort of a contract that the shows must end at about the middle of may!? Is the following season going to be longer than ussual!? Can they keep to the storyline by dropping arround 8 episodes in this season!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

The writers (not just of House, all the writers for movies and TV shows) were greedy and wanted even more money, even though they are already ridiculously overpaid (just like athletes)!. So they went on strike!. Since the strike lasted so long, they only had time to write, film, produce etc four episodes after the initial twelve that were filmed prior to the strike!. And that's why we were cheated out of about six episodes!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
