at the end of season 3 proffeser payne noticed that althogh ther was 6 of them standing at the kerb ther was onli 5 shadows

It was made to look as though it was Jim who was missing but other people touched him and talked to him!. Professor Payne only talks to Melinda and her mother - both of whom can see ghosts!. Professor Payne cannot see ghosts, but he sees six people - only Melinda, her mother and the ghost would see six - the rest would see five!. The actor who plays Payne has been confirmed to be leaving the show - Payne is dead!Www@Enter-QA@Com
