Question: Cook Fans - Do you even want him to win!?
Don't get me wrong here, I am a DIEHARD and quite obsessed David Cook fan!. I am not 12, and don't have two straight hours to vote, and live a busy lifestyle!. My question to the Cook fans is this!.!.
Would you even be upset if Archuleta won!? To be honest, I wouldn't mind it one bit!. The only reason I would want Cook to win is because he put the hard work in, recreated magic on the stage, and the sole purpose of beating Archuleta!.
Many Cook fans don't want him to win for fear he will be forced to record the AI typically schmaltzy single(Fox Label)!. Sure even if he loses he will be under the AI umbrella being the runner up, but he will be given more leeway to record the cd best for him!. A la Daughtry style, and look at daughtry!. He is on his way to being the most successful Idol!. And some fans (like me), think Archie needs the win more!. If he doesnt, his dad will kill him!. And secondly, his career needs a jumpstart!. Cook is already a superstar!.

What an unusual take here that you would assume that many cook fans wouldn't want him to win for fear of being forced to record under Fox Label!. Plzzzzzzz!! Where did you grab that one from!? I wouldn't mind if Archie won even though I prefer Cook regardless of the label thing!. They're both deserving of it but, I feel that Cook deserves it more for the simple reason that he's a risk taker and he's been able to pull it off with his take on those particular songs!. Archie comes off too wholesome almost fake which has bugged me for some time now!. Plus he really hasn't made anything sound original it all sounds the same to me!. Archie has the chops for sure but, he's too predictable! The deal with his dad changing up lyrics without consent doesn't help him either!. It's almost like his Dad is power hungry!. You can't go changing lyrics to a song that's already been recorded!. You cover it!

I was just reading predicitions on tonights show and it looks as though the majority of writers/bloggers are siding up for Cook! If he should lose that's alright b/c like you said he's already a superstar! I like his somewhat raspy rocker sound!.

I would so be upset if David A!. won because I just can't stand him and I think that when American Idol controls his career [ it's for one year he is controlled] I am sure they will make the right choice because like they know that he is like the genuine nice confident rocker dude!. I would like cry for like 30 days straight if Daveyboo [ Cook] lost because he should win and should be there!.Yes he does put alot of work into it and he does want this, just because he had to audition [ producer made him] does not mean he does not want this!. He made an album in 2006 titled Analog Heart and he was in like 3 bands!.
Your right Cook is already a superstar and he cannot evolve anymore as an artist because he is already fully evolved!. He should still win because he is still an amazing fantastic talent and Daughtry is not even close to David Cook!.

Well, I like both Davids, but I think that Archie has a purer voice, so I've been voting for him!. Plus, I think that some of the Cook fans on answers have been really rude to other people!. And, I'm not some swooned teeny bop-per either, I'm a working mom of three girls!. My teenagers like both David's, but I'm not sure who their favorite is!. I just like Archie!. He is so humble and I prefer his style of music to the one sided style of David Cook's music --- he is just too rocky for me!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
