No, her kidneys were damaged in the bus crash, and dialysis was useless, because the flu pills she took were amandine(spelling), it binds with the body's proteins, making dialysis useless!.
The only option would have been to get her a kidney transplant, but since all of her organs were damaged, she wouldn't qualify!.

When the bus got t-boned, the internal damage from the trauma caused her kidneys to stop functioning!. So the pills she had just popped were not able to be filtered in the kidneys, and the proteins were leaked into the bloodstream, and the heart couldn't pump the protein-laced blood supply, so her heart gave up working!. So that whole time, she was technically dead, but the bypass machine was working as her heart!.

Her body stored what she took (I think she took more than the recommend dose which is why it became so lethal) Her body could not flush it out so it started to damage her organs starting with her heart which became weak from the rapid beating!.
They were thinking of a heart transplant but she would not qualify as a transplant candidate since all of her organs were damaged as well!.

She died as other's have explained already, just wanted to ad I felt so bad for Dr!. Wilson!. Seems like he always has a bad time with woman!. 2 x-wives & no life!.
