Question: Who thinks ANTM is becoming fixed!?
i started to think americas next top model was fake when they GAVE cycle 8 winner jaslene the title!.!.!.i think she won b/c she would b the first latina!.!.!. then cycle 9 i think is fake also!. tyra knew saliesha and said and after viewing videos on youtube about the scandal!.!. it seems the competition was fixed, tyra did say the the competition would get her more noticed!.!.!.and then we come to cycle 10!.!.!.i think the ONLY reason whitney won was because they wanted a plus size winner, personally i think anya should have one!.!.!.for the most part i think cycles 1-7 are real but now there starting to fix the competition!.!.!.what do yall thinkWww@Enter-QA@Com

I totally agree with you!. It seems like each winner is different!. There's has been white brunettes, a blonde, a couple blacks, a latina!.!.!.!.it was only a matter of time before a "plus" size would win!. It's starting to get OLD!Www@Enter-QA@Com
I think it isn't fixed!. OF course some of scandals in the house and pranks are fake or whatever but when it comes to really picking the winners they choose the best!. Everybody is going to have different views on this subject because some people don't think the winners deserved to win!. Whitney deserved that win!. There are two parts to the end winner!. Walk and photos!. Her walk was the best despite the clothes and her pictures were pretty!. Not as good as Anya's but still model!. So I definitely don't think it's framed!. And besides who would intentionally hurt their own model agency!. Alot of people don't market or cast plus sized/black/Latina models!. Those are the past winners!. I 100% agree with you!. I hated Jaslene and rooted for Natasha ALL season!. Saleisha was gross, I was SO mad when she won!. And the only reason Whitney won is because Tyra wanted a plus size winner!. Whitney was actually skinnier, a size 2-4, and was approached by Tyra and ANTM to gain weight to become cast on the show and win!.

Yeah, I kind of think so!. I love Whitney and I'm glad that she made it to the Finale because she deserved it-- "plus-sized" or not -- because she is a great model, but Anya deserved to win because she's the better model!. It's still kind of nice to see a "plus-size" girl actually win, for once (especially, since I am one myself), though, but it sucks that she won just BECAUSE she's "plus-sized"!. I mean, it would've been different if she really was the best model, who just happened to be "plus-sized" because then she would've deserved it just as much as anyone else, but she wasn't the best model left!. And I still feel that it should've really come down to the more talented Anya and Katarzyna in the Final Runway, with Whitney placing 3rd!. She still would've made it a lot farther than any other "plus-size" girl ever did, which is a feat in itself, and then we'd know that she got that far based on her talent, not her size!.
Anyway, though, I see why you're upset!. I felt that way when Naima won over Kahlen in Cycle 4!. Kahlen took amazing photos all the way through, probably some of the best in Top Model history (especially her "Wrath" photo from the "7 Deadly Sins" shoot), while Naima's pictures were good but not great, but then Naima won because supposedly her Final Runway walk was a little stronger (the same thing they did with Whitney)!. I mean, I loved Naima and I was glad that she made it to the Finale because she deserved it, but I thought Kahlen deserved to win!. The Cycle that REALLY got me,though, was Cycle 3!. Amanda Swafford was about the most strikingly beautiful model the show has ever had and took absolutely stunning photos week after week, but she was dropped at #3!. I have nothing against Yaya, but I thought Amanda should've been on that catwalk facing off with Eva!. She should've even won!. But she came in 3rd!?!?!? The only thing I can think of is that they discriminated against her because she's legally blind!. But, if that's the case, maybe that's why they're trying to be so PC now, to cover their butts!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I can certainly see how it appears like Tyra already knows who is going to win because I myself have seen so many different discrepancies in the show over the years!. I have watched every season and what ticks me off the most is when Tyra and Co!. will pick on one girl incessantly about something!.!.!.an example!.!.!.Dani(elle) Evans from Cycle 6!.!.!.!.they beat that poor girl to death over her southern accent and I felt so bad for her even though she overcame it enough to please the judges and they never really showed her totally destroyed over the constant bashing she got about it!.
The other thing that has always bugged me was Saliesha winning!.!.!.!.In watching Cycle 6, there was a GenArt fashion show that was a prize for a challenge win (can't recall now who won the challenge) and one of the models walking the runway looked just like Saliesha!.!.!.!.I asked a question about it here on Y!A and someone provided a link to a web-article that talked about Saliesha walking/working in that GenArt Fashion Show!.!.!.!.!.I was like!.!.!.!.!.wtf!? How is Saliesha in a show that is shown on a Cycle of ANTM three cycles before the Cycle that she won!? Then when I found out that Saliesha had been to Tyras T-Zone camp and they actually knew one another before Cycle 9!.!.!.!.!.I was thoroughly confused about the whole thing!.!.!.!.
I do know this too!.!.!.!.remember Nik Pace from Cycle 4, I think it was!.!.!.the one that Nicole Linkletter won!? Think about her runway walk!? She was busty and she swayed and shimmied when she stomped down that runway!.!.!.!.!.!.that was the ONE reason why Nik did not win that Cycle!.!.!.!.now think about Whitneys runway walk!.!.!.!.!.!.They are so similiar!.!.!.!.!.!.whats the difference between the two girls - model wise!? Whitney was billed as a *plus-sized model* while Nik was!.!.!.!.a regular!? model!.!.!.!.!.
There are definitely things going on that so many people have picked up on, thats for sure!.!.!.!.!.
