Question: I notice that Diff'rent Strokes is airing on cable tv now!. Does the cast get royalties!?
It was a very good show in the 70's!.!.!. !.I hope Gary Coleman and the other cast member can get some money from the reruns!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

This might depend on what was stated in the cast members' contracts signed when the show began in 1978!.!.!.it's quite likely that all surviving cast members still get residual payments from the reruns (both BET and local syndicated reruns); they obviously get royalties from the DVD sets as well!.
(I suspect that Gary Coleman still recieves his residuals from Sony (which now owns the show) in spite of his well-documented legal fight with his parents!.)Www@Enter-QA@Com
