Dillan woke up and wanted the doll her dad had gotten her but mom had taken it away and put it up on a shelf!. Dillan climbed up the shelving to get it (we assume, because we didn't see that part) and the shelving fell over on top of her at the same time mom was whacking dad with a candlestick!.
Mom thought all the noise of Dillan getting hurt was actually dad falling from the candlestick and didn't check things out!.

She wasn't under the bed!. If you remember, when Katherine got home she took the doll away from her and placed it ontop of the cabinet!. Well, Dylan woke up and noticed that the doll was ontop of the cabinet and climbed on it to get the doll down, thus causing it to fall over and crush her beneath it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
The real Dylan died trying to get a doll on top of a credenza!. It fell on top of her!. The doll was put there by her mother did not want her to have it because the father brought it to her!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
