I'm well aware it's complete drivel but it's addictive drivel!.
I class it as my down time especially if I've been particularly busy at work, then we come on here and discuss it which is just as entertaining as watching Big Brother etc!.

If you have other ways to wind down then do that instead - there's no need for anyone who likes reality TV to be defensive just because of an inverted snobbery!.

For me its a bit of lighthearted entertainment , when I've been at work all day i want to be entertained without too much effort !.Don't get me wrong i love a good drama that makes you think too , but i do love a dose of reality TV ,BB is my ultimate fave , always has been !!Www@Enter-QA@Com
