Question: Are there any other GL fans who think Kim Zimmer is overrated!?
I'm tired of hearing her cry about her character's direction every couple of years!. The Josh and Reva stuff in the 80's, then again in the mid 90's was terrific!. But you can only brake up and reconsile so many times until it get's old!. The cloning thing really hurt them!. Johnathan's character was a pretty good shot in the arm for her, but he's gone now!. Zimmer has these things in her contract that mandate she's in a certain ammount of episodes each week, so they've totally exhausted her character!. After all the cast losses the show suffered in the 90's, the show basically became the Josh and Reva show and we got burnt out on them!. I'm a guy and look at soaps from a little more of a masculine point of view, I guess!. I don't mind a good love story, but you have to have bad guys and you have to have couples break up!. It's no fun just watching Josh and Reva spooning in bed and professing their love for eachother for an hour everyday!. Bring back the decadence and the power struggles!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

i'm not her biggest fan!. and if i havent been happy about the directions her character has taken thru the yrs so i dont blame her if she has been unhappy!. i dont think she is overrated!. she is one of the reasons that gl has lasted the last 25 + yrs!. she is a very big part of the show's success!. i didnt like the cloning thing either!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
while I don't dislike reva or kim z I do think they are overrated
I honestly thought Beth Elder's deserved the emmy the last yr that kim won-
I think part of the reason Beth didn't get the award for the Harley trial/prison sl is that beth and that sl were more Underplayed acting wise- beth is the more suble actress

I was done with Reva back when they cloned her!.!.!.that was a little too freaky for me! And isn't Kim Zimmer getting a little wrinkled and gray these days!? lol!.!.!.!. I used to watch the soaps on CBS when I was a teenager (that's when the cloning thing was, I think)!.!.!.but as I moved on to college and a fuller life, I got away from watching them!.!.!.my tastes have changed!. Grey's Anatomy is enough of a "soap opera" for me nowadays!.!.!.I love that show! :)Www@Enter-QA@Com
I like Reva!. Not all her story lines have been good!.!.!.cloning yuk but that's the writers deal not hers!. What I like about her is that any story line she has she tackles!. You can tell she gives it her all!. She's very professional!. The show is turning a direction I don't care for though!. Ive read quite a bit on hear that the fans don't enjoy the format and that will make the show suffer!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I was never a huge Reva fan and always wondered what the fuss was all about!. I am enjoying Reva more now that she's with Jeffrey, because it seems she is less worried about herself and more concerned with his feelings!. I loved Kim Zimmer on The Doctors, but the Reva role never hooked me!. In all fairness, soaps in general are in a state of flux, and changes need to be made!. Some actors are so happy to have jobs that they go to work, do their best and go home!. Others feel they need to be featured front and center in every storyline!. That doesn't seem realistic to me!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
