I didn't think he was cruel at all!. I just read Mark Simmons' blog and he said the crack about him saying that Tom doesn't like him was a joke!. He also said that at first they told him he was cooking for a family of four as opposed to a table of four children!. Curry is a tough dish to sell to kids, especially a table of four kids!. But again, after reading his blog, I think Mark was more caught up in the principle of things rather than winning a competition!. He mentions that for that last challenge most of his competitors relied upon many ingredients from the kitchen for their meals rather than using the $10 for the main portion of ingredients!. He also thought that giving the chefs the option to use gas or charcoal to tailgate was silly as he thought that charcoal was more authentic (and then he couldn't control the temperature as it was raining on and off him and he couldn't keep the charcoal hot)!. They didn't give him credit for his principled decisions, and in the end, he paid for them!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
