You can start a talk show by knowing some producers who can produce your talk show!. You have to have some good connections!. Starting a talk show costs a lot of money, but good luck!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Start small like community group talks and if your good gradually you will get more people to come then possibly record a few shows and send them to a tv station and see if they find it interesting then go from there, you don't have to be famous, everyone starts from scratch, follow your dream and you will be good at what you do, good luck and I hope you do get your own talk show and it is a good one, I would watch it!Www@Enter-QA@Com
Start on community television in your town, if you have the chops, make an audition tape of your best and shop it around!. It has worked for several people I am aware of!. Depends where you want one!? On a television channel!? Then you have to be famous and skilled and convince TV execs that you're good enough!. On a basement or bedroom, then you just need a digital camera or a camcorder or webcam and open a youtube account!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
