The most logical choice is Greg's brother!.!.!.as he is a lesser character on the show!.!.!.but, Greg's life is going well, Sam's life is finally looking up!.!.!.and the long-suffering Abby & Luka are back together!.!.!.
My money is on the brother, whom they were about to send off to college, anyway!.!.!.
With this bunch, you never know!.!.!.only Carol Hathaway and Doug Ross were able to be happy in the end!.!.!.!.everyone else has some form of misery!.!.!.so it could be Greg, Abby, Sam or any number of folks!.!.!.
