Yes, Dean dies!. They steal the demon blade from Ruby, leaving her under a devils star!. Then mysteriously she shows up at the place where they are going to crash in on Lilith, who is holding a family hostage having a birthday party and killing the family if they show they don't "love her"
Ruby shows up, she tells Sam it is too late to save Dean and at midnight the hellhounds show up!. They run from the hellhounds into a study, where they put down the voodoo powder!. Ruby then turns into Lilith!. She holds Dean down on a desk via magic and Sam against a wall, opens a door and lets the hellhounds rip open Dean who bleeds to death on the floor!. She then tries to disintigrate Sam and it doesn't work, she gets scared and pops out of Ruby and goes into a ceiling vent, Sam runs to Dean but he's already gone!. The part you saw was when Dean was chained with meat hooks in Hell yelling for Sam to help him!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
