As a "plus-sized" girl, myself, yes i do think it's kind of refreshing that a REAL woman won, for once, because i personally feel it's the drastically underweight girls like Jaslene and Fatima who teach girls to be unhealthy!. HOWEVER, I'd hate to think that she won just BECAUSE she's "plus-sized", though!. That's not really fair to either girl because it kind of took away from Whitney's win, as well as took the win away from Anya, who I agreed should've won because she took amazing photos and won almost every challenge!. But I have to give props to Whitney too, though, because unlike all of the other "plus-size" girls they've had on the show, she was the first who never doubted herself!. She stayed strong and confident all the way through and kept fighting even after being in the Bottom 2 many times, so I thought she deserved her spot in the Finale!. That, in itself, would've been a feat, considering that no other "plus-size" girl ever made that far!. So I would've been really happy to see Whitney come in second place!. But I would've loved to have seen Anya win because she was the better MODEL, which is what I thought the show was about!. But then again, after reading your question, I'm actually starting to feel glad that Whitney won!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Supposedly she is an 8-10, which is what I wear, but I thought she looked bigger than that!. Maybe it's because people look bigger on TV or next to size 0-2 models!. I also thought that Anya should have won this one, just like I thought Chantal should have won last season!. In both they messed with the runway walks, having some guy trip on Chantal's dress, and in this one they picked out the tightest tiniest outfits for Anya to wear that were very hard to walk in and then criticized her performance!. Whitney got flowing outfits that were easy to strut in!. I think they also chose the worst shot they could find of Anya for the Cover Girl photo!. Add this to the fact that no one so many times in the bottom 2 has ever won, and what does that spell!? Fixed, maybe!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
you'll see a lot more of whitney in the public eye then you would have seen of anya if she had won!. its a modeling competition but in the end THE PRODUCERS are picking a representative for their reality show!. they complained the entire time about how whitney was too pagenty but thats exactly what the show is about!. they picked the one who can deliver a cheery cover girl commercial and who will go do talk shows and guest spots with an inspirational/underdog personality and mentality and overall be more of a spotlight grabber!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Whitney isn't fat!. She's actually a size 10!. The average size of women in the USA is a 14!. I think she's actually a very positive role model for girls!. She can show them that you can eat healthy, have curves and still be beautiful!.
I don't think Anya could've won!. Her accent was the biggest problem!. I would imagine there was some major pressure from Cover Girl to NOT select her!. They need to have someone who can speak clear English for their commercials!. I would guess that ANTM wouldn't want to jeopardize their relationship with Cover Girl by choosing someone who couldn't pull off a commercial!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I don't have a problem with the fact that whitney won just because she was bigger than the other girls!. i really do think she has a hot body and a gorgeous face!. i also think she's a better spokeperson for cover girl!. (Anya couldn't speak properly- is English even her first language!?)

Wow you are messed up - first of all Whitney is hardly heavy to the point of being unhealthy - if you want to talk about unhealthy I'm pretty sure the bmi that the other girls - particularly Fatima had is much more unhealthy than Whitney's!.
