It's because he didn't renew his contract!. Gary Dourdan announced a little over a month ago that he was not renewing his contract!. Then two weeks ago he was arrested for drug possession, so his legal problems had nothing to do with his leaving the show!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I had read that he had been having problems on set because of his ongoing drug problems and he was let go!. I have also read that he just decided not to renew his contract!. Either way he isn't coming back and they have already found a cast replacement for him!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
The series is in its final stage - - I'd guess - - what with Sara leaving the show and Grissom spending time away on teaching sabbatical during recent years, I'd say that the characters are going to be "moved on" as far as this season-ending fatality being a cliff-hanger as far as the eventual prosecution and apprehension of the killer!. !. !.Remember that the character arc of Lady Heather and Miniature Serial Killer and Keppler (Liev Schreiber) were all closed down as well!Www@Enter-QA@Com
i seen it last night and i think a under cover cop that one that sit him up killed him and he was leaving a lil cafe from having a lil celebration with the rest of the crew shot him in the neck shot him again then cleaned the gun for finger prints and then threw it in side of Erics carWww@Enter-QA@Com
