Did you all noticed that David A!. is getting a raw deal all the way around, they are favoring David Cook, the lighting, the instruments, the sound, everything, they are doing everything to promote David Cook, and dont even get me started on the producers!.!.!.!.!. David Cook is only good at stage presence nothing else and so predictable and yet Simon said that David A!. is predictable, I don't know why David A!. is getting so much criticism!. It looks like they are setting up David Cook to win, our David A!. who is humble about being second and I am sure he won't mind but we do!!!! , but they can't stop the public from voting for D!.A!., they dont have a right to do so, Vote David Archuleta!!! how can you say that david C!. is predictable, he can sing any kind of song with his own arrangement and i think he's a breath of fresh air!. Whereas for david A!., i used to like him in the beginning but then week after week he seems to sing the same genres of song and he can only sing ballad, i'm getting bored about that!. David A has great voice but i think david C has better talent, sorry no offense!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

the reason they favor david cook is because hes the first idol that might actually be successful and sell some records since carrie underwood!. david a!. is a prodigy and very talented for his age, but in my opinion his voice has more of a broadway or disney appeal!. thats where i see him!. david c!. on the other hand, i could hear him on the radio!. also david a's dad is a horrible stage dad who probly gave his son voice paralysis by forcing him to sing!.!. he was banned from the competition star search where david a competed for calling his competition, a 12 year old girl, and harassing her to the point of tears!. since davids only 17 im afraid his dad will just steal the money!. anyway it doesnt really matter cause david a has a bunch of kids that will vote him the winnerWww@Enter-QA@Com
Are you wacked! My uncle was an elvis impersonator, so when he sung love me tender I was appauled! It was horrible!!! He ruined that song!. Um paula and simon and randy gave David A the most credit and all, and he doesn't deserve It! He's horrble!. He'll come out of the closet in five years, and break all the teenie boppers hearts! Wanna know why!? Because the show will lose credibility as a TALENT COMPETITION if Archuleta wins!. Because Cook deserves to win!. He's shown more versatility, more effort, more talent, more skill!.!.!. he's not restricted to one genre of song, and he doesn't need his parents to tell him what to do!. When Archie has screwed up in the past, it has never even slowed down his chances at getting into the next round!. And he's been less than stellar on multiple occasions!. I think he did a kick@ss job with Rock Week, but overall, he hasn't shown the level of maturity and professionalism that it takes to be a successful recording artist in the long term!.

First of all, LIGHTING & background arrangements on stage are MADE BY THE PERFORMER!. David Cook just happens to know how to keep the viewers' attention & keep our eyes glued to the screen!. In other words, if David Archuleta wanted to make the lights flash or have the orchestra surround him during his performance, he could've done so himself!. Maybe he should've done that, because personally, he looks like he's just standing & singing, as opposed to David Cook who is actually performing!. It's not like the producers decide the environment of the contestant's performance, that is all in the will of the contestant!.
& for your information, David Archuleta DOESN'T always get criticism, ever! Even when he forgot the words, it was merely a "disaster" to Simon, who's been a lot harder on other contestants who didn't even make such a critical error!. In fact, Tuesday was the first time I ever heard Randy not drool all over little one of David's performances (With You)!. David Cook is NOT predictable, because he arranges his own music!. During Rock N' Roll Week, my dad actually predicted that David Archuleta would sing "Love Me Tender", & what do you know, he did!. David Cook sings songs that no one has ever heard of & makes them into modern hits, whereas the other contestants have sung well-known songs in hopes of capturing the attention of the audience!. David Cook takes RISKS through his song choices & arrangements, & actually changed them up a bit!. Can David Archuleta go three octaves high!? I've yet to hear him do so!. Can David Archuleta shock the audience with a new performance every week!? Not that I've seen yet!. Does little David have the confidence & experience to know what he's doing if he does win American Idol!? I highly doubt it!.
David Archuleta & David Cook are both VERY talented contestants & hopefully, the one who deserves it wins!. Both will get record deals, both are humble, & both would be happy for the other if they became runner-up!. Just because David Cook is slowly gaining fans & creating stiff competition for what everyone expected would be an easy win for David Archuleta this season, don't think you can make up inaccurate & immature excuses for what he is a "cheater" & therefore doesn't deserve to win!. If you favor one David, that's fine! There's nothing wrong with having an opinion, we all do!. But the fact that you prefer one over the other doesn't give you the right to bring the other down as both a musician & a person!.
& ask yourself this question: if little David came out with a record, would you honestly buy it!? Yes, he's obviously amazing singing cover ballad songs, most which are decades old!. Cover songs & original pieces are two different genres, so understand that!. I do think that David Archuleta fans believe they will buy his record, but when it actually is released, he'll sell about 40 disks!. It's the truth, little David hasn't reached his peak yet, he has time to mature & grow & become even more talented! He doesn't yet understand who he truly is as a musician!. David Cook has reached his peak, knows who he is & knows what he needs to do, & is definitely identifiable in the industry today!.
