It just seems that this was the lamest seaon ever, and it was a matter of picking the least lame contestant as your favorite!. I think that every since Carrie Underwood won, the show has gone downhill!. Maybe there's a limited amount of talent in America afterall!? LOL Thoughts!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

If it wasn't such a popularity "wow he is so cute" contest, maybe some true talent could actually emerge!. Michael Johns going home when Kristy Lee Cook, Jason Castro, Brooke, Archuleta, and Syesha were still around!? What the hell!? Michael is amazingly talented, I loved him the second I saw his audition!. I actually found him more original and appealing than Cook!.
But this season, the talented get the boot as the less talented but cute or robot like Archuleta-s stay around and soak it all up!. It sucks!. And this is my first season watching it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I COMLETELY agree with you! I began watching at Season 4, and everyone could sing!. AND I didn't ever think that the show was unfair that season - everyone who should've been kicked off was kicked off (and in the right order!)!. Season 5 was!.!.!.!.kind of odd!. The talent was still strong, but by the end of the season I just didn't feel that Taylor Hicks should have won!.!.!.!.or even made it to the top 5!. Season 6 got even worse!.!.!.most everyone could sing (not Sanjaya), but there was something missing!. Then when Melinda Doolittle didn't even make it to the finale, I was outraged!. But I told myself that everything happens for a reason, and that she would have a record deal in no time!. But this season was a joke!! Amanda, Brooke, and Jason couldn't even sing!. This year has not had "the best talent ever"!. And so many people (Carly, Michael, even Ramiele and David H!.) were booted much too soon!. I'm not even a fan of any of them, but they DO have better voices than some that stayed in for far too long!. So yes, the show is headed downhill, and if they don't do something to get better singers and to fix the voting system, it WILL hit rock bottom!.!.!.!.!.which is too bad, because it has the potential to be an amazing show!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Actually this season is better than the last 2!. When daughtry got voted off and Katherine won I almost never watched again!. Then when Taylor won OMG what was America thinking!? But last year was ok I do like Jordan, my kids have her CD!. But I am glad I tuned in this year, the talent has been amazing to me!. And if I did not tune in I would never have been able to hear David sing!. His voice is so moving! No I am not under 15! I am actually in my 30's!. I do love Carrie though, her voice is also so moving!. I chose her that year!. But David A is my choice this year!. But this year I think it is better than the last 2 years to sum it all up!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
i disagree on the talent!.i feel this year was full of some really good singers!.but its becoming a popularity contest and not a talent show!.can you say jason castro!? so many others that were booted before him were much better!.this week we had a diverse mix of talent in the final 3!.each has their strong points!.however i do agree the show is becoming boring!.its basically the same show year after year with a different cast of characters!.and paula is so out of it!.she loves everybody til it gets down to the nitty gritty and then she clearly has a favorite!.which always seems to be a young male!.wonder who that is!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
