SEXY and SMART!!! I don't think people take into consideration Syeesha's performance background and her aspirations go beyond releasing a tepid pop album that will have to compete against every other black female r&b singer's album (Beyonce, Rihanna, Alicia Keys to name a few)!. She's making sure the people waching this show that can help give her a career on broadway see what she can do!.
Pretty much every performance she's done that showed any kind of personality could have been part of a broadway show and displays her range as a stage performer!. She's smart to realize this American Idol thing is not a guarantee that she'll have a succesful recording career!. But she can definitely segue her 15 minutes into Broadway with what she's shown!.
