Question: Did David A get crappy songs last night!?
"And So It Goes" by Billy Joel!? Oh, come on, Paula! That was a total snoozer!. He couldn't do anything with it!. "Longer" was the same thing again!. He tried to make it his own, but there are just some songs you can't do anything with and these were two of them!. At least David chose "With You" to actually get him some votes this week!. I thought he did a great job with that!. I think, all things considered, David A still managed to perform well last night!. However, it's obvious the show is promoting David Cook since he got the best songs to work with!. Did anyone else feel this way!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

This is the round of competition I hate because the song choices are left to the judges and producers, who, I believe, sometimes sabotage a contestant by picking crap songs!. "Longer" was without a doubt, the worst song that could have been chosen for him!. There was absolutely nothing he could do with that song and it showed nothing of his range or dynamics as a singer!. You are right in that he at least picked an up-tempo song this week to break the mold of the ballad singer!. My problem is with the judges!. They want contestants to stop being so predictable, but as soon as one does, they are all over them with negativity!. And you are right about David Cook as well!. He is most certainly daned to win because he was given 2 good songs to work with!. I have to say tho, he did not sing them well at all!. And as for his last song "Don't want to miss a thing"!.!.!.I thought it was a mess!. He sounded too fast, skipped parts and just was flat, and yet he got rave reviews!. I agree with mostly what you said but I thought "with you" was the wrong song!. Hearing him say "my boo" was too weird lol! I think he could have chosen a better upbeat song that would have showcased his vocals more!.
I do think everyone is favoring David Cook tho!. The producers picked AWFUL songs for both Syesha and Archie!. Syesha's was too fast and not a singers song and David's was like listening to elevator music!

Look they all did bad!. & no matter how bad they do people aren't going to change their favorites & its not going to keep them from voting for them!.
It doesn't matter!. David Archuleta is going to win this thing!. I don't give a crap how many times you stupid cookie fans insult him just to make people hate him because they won't!. No one is going to change their favorites for your sorry selves so cook can win!.

Simon is always right every year about predicting the winner & he knows he has a big fanbase!. So you Cook fans need to get that straight through your thick skulls!.

i think D'Arch did performed well as i just watched it here in Manila this evening!. Though it was kinda predictable on how he sung the two songs but the song "with you" is cool at least he sung something for his age!.I liked it actually:) Everyone else loves D'Cook, he is so confident!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
i agree with a few people here!.!.!. him singing with you, it sounded like a Christian song, something u would hear in church not on American Idol, and all his songs put me to sleep! It wasn't anything diffrent for me! His last song was the worst by far, never heard of it, and it was totally DULL!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
yeah its all very constraint!.plus the song longer sounded so old!. but i think he make the best of it!. I personally DO NOT like David Archuletta!.!.!.i honestly don't see what everyone else see's in him!.!.he's girly!.!.!.has a weird smile!.!.!.plain annoying and doesn't have a very good singing voice!.!.!.he doesn't have a pure charm about himself!.
