Question: Veronica mars , season one and three!?
hey, i was wondering what season of veronica mars is better!. i just started watching veronica mars a week ago when i got season 2, i thought i'd try it out, and it turns out i LOVE it!. but i can only get one more season right now , and its between season one or three , some people say season one is way better than season three, so which one do you think is better for me to buy!.

You should definitely get season 1 if you can only have one more for now!. There are more extras on the S3 disc including the prospective S4 Veronica as FBI agent show (I think S1 only has a short gag reel), but I feel the rest of the show never lived up to the high standards of S1!. Don't be discouraged by the Paris Hilton appearance or the lull before things really pick up IMO around "An Echolls Family Christmas"!. The season-long mystery of Lilly Kane's death is tight with good red herrings and there's a bunch of interesting side mysteries!. Best of all, it's even more personal to Veronica than the bus crash and you really get to see how it affected her!.
Plus, since you've seen season 2 already, you get to enjoy seeing Logan/Veronica develop (if you're a LoVer), seeing the backstories of Meg Manning and Troy Vandergraff and why they mattered to Veronica in their S2 eppys and V's rape that was so important at the end of S2!.
