Unfortunately Channel 4/E4 are rather vague about when they will show things and what they say they'll do (May for Smallville and July for GW) may not happen depending on the schedule!.
My advice: sidereel!.com - all the episodes of Smallville (Seasons 1-7, finale is coming up this Thursday!) and probably GW as well along with loads of other series like Dexter and Scrubs!. Good quality!.
