Shooting inside a studio is much simpler and much cheaper!. You can control the whole environment!. Outside, you need a set that matches the story - many shows are filmed in towns other than the locale of the story!. You are always at risk of a citizen walking into a shot and staring at the camera!. The sound may be ruined by a blaring horn, a back-firing vehicle or a passing plane!. The sun goes in and out - screwing up the cameraman!. And then it might rain!. Frankly, I am surprised to see as many exterior shots as there are!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
