Question: Doctor whos daughter!?
does she count as a time lord/lordess now!? can she time travel change events kill people as she is a soldier unlike her father!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

I think it's very clear that she has Time Lord physiology and powers of recovery, and it is very likely that she is capable of regeneration!. As the Doctor said, however, it takes a lot more than that to be a Time Lord!.
I doubt very much whether she has the knowledge to travel in time like the Time Lords, although that is something she might have learnt from the Doctor if she hadn't been shot!. Even if she had that knowledge though, she doesn't have a Tardis!. As far as we know, the spaceship she went off in does not have any time travel capability!.
It wasn't clear what time period the episode was set in, however!. If it was the 51st century for instance, she might be able to pick up a vortex manipulator as used by the time agents (Captain Jack, Captain John, e!.t!.c) and travel in time that way!.
As far as killing people is concerned, I think she learnt enough from the Doctor not to let her inbuilt military knowledge rule her, and I think like the Doctor she will only kill as a last resort!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

She cannot time travel without a tardis!. We discovered that in BLINK when the doctor was trapped in 1969!. The Doctor has the only TARDIS in exsistence because he is the only Time-lord in exsistence, BUT in series three we found out that he wasn't because of the master so if Jenny some how got to the end of the universe and found Profeser YANA/ The masters TADRIS because it was never confirmed that he didn't have his own even though he hijacked the doctor's!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

**I thought it wasn't a very good plot device and the so called doctors daughter could have been a FAR far more interesting character!. Her role was abit disappointing if you ask me!. I think its a great idea but the idea itself didn't go any where exciting which I felt it potentially could have!.

she wont be able to time travel (yet) as the shuttle she escaped in wouldn't have that capabillity, i say "yet" because she will most likely meet the doctor again who will fix something up for her

Well since she is an advanced clone of the doctor you would think she would have all the genetic traits of her 'father', plus the fact that on DWC Tennant said that he thought she was a time lord, though this may just be an opinion after reading the scriptWww@Enter-QA@Com
She can't travel through time because the space ship she stole isn't a time machine!. She doesn't kill any more because she realized in yesterday's episode that the Doctor was right about killing and so she didn't kill that man!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
