Question: Is it true that Sean Kingston is sueing American Idol because DavidA's dad made him add his words to a song
cuz his dad like bullied him into adding words from sean kingstons beautiful girls to the song he sang the other night even though the producers and everyone working on Idol told him he wasnt allowed but last minute for some reason he did it anywayz!. So now everyone is saying that Sean Kingston is planning on sueing American Idol for ALOTA money!?!?

It is likely Sean does not own the rights to the lyrics for that song, but whatever the case is, the show did get in trouble, financially!. Which is what should have happened!.
They have to pay for rights to all the songs that are up for selection by the contestants!. Anytime you stand to make money, you always have to pay to use someone else's rights!. It's called royalties and it's how people in the industry get paid!. So, to the other guy who promised to stop supporting Sean because of the controversy, don't hate on him for it!. i just listened to sean kingstons song!.!.Jeff did not use a verse from that song just simply added ALL YOU BEAUTIFUL GIRLS!.!.seems to me any one has a right to say or sing them words!.!.!.thought the judges keep telling them to make the song their own well thats what david did so give it a freakin rest all ready!.!.!.he is a 17 year old trying to be American idol he is not the pope or running for office time to get off his case already dont hear no chit about cook or mercado and im sure they have skeltons in there closets!!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
