they shouldnt have picked ANYONE!! buuutt since they always feel the need to kill someone's self esteem why wasnt it syesha's!?! their whole aim is to get the person that america likes least as far as they can!.!.!.do they not realise that for everyone 1 person who loathes david a there are 10 who love him!?! If he wins, say theres a million people who hate him, theres still gunna be millions and millions who love him(which i dont think ppl realise!)
Now Syesha on the other hand, she doesnt have many fans and shes probz not gunna make it to the top 2(ok shes not we all know it), so wouldnt it have made more sense to pick her!? Then they could have bathed in the glory knowing that if she actually had made the top 2 it woulda bin because of them!. I dunno, I just still cant figure out why they would pick David!?!

Well I agree, they shouldn't have picked anyone!. But, given that they are pathetic & have no lives, they need to pick SOMEONE!. Syesha has obviously improved tremendously & proved to America that she deserves to be where she is!. David Archuleta started off great but has remained at the same status, talent-wise, throughout the competition without much improvement!. Well, at least I think so!. I personally think they should have picked Syesha if they were going to pick anyone!. But I think they're assuming that if David A does win that his CD will be unmarketable and unsuccessful because he does mostly ballads!.
What they don't get is that he has a HUGE fan base and obviously the people who love him LIKE his ballads and would by his CD!.

but to really answer your question, it's because they had to choose someone!. and there's been a lot of controversies about like "David is 'daddy's puppet', not real his dad completely controls him" but now his dad is banned from rehearsals so maybe that will all stop!?

I think they just get tired of all the slow music he sings!. But people don't realize that that slow music is what he can sing!. He is a ballad singer with a blessed voice!. Sometimes he will sing some fast songs and then that is not good enough!. And Syesha is not bad at all!! She is very talented and has an amazing voice as well!. Just like when people ask questions like Does anyone DISLIKE so and so, they don't realize that just because they don't like someone does not mean that they have to really make it known!. I don't think people should ask those questions because they can offend the fans and then they get all mad when you and say Look that offends me so don't be putting questions like that because yeah the details are out on a separate page but when you put that dumb senseless question up there people want to know what your saying about their favorite!. Vote for the worst always picks THE WORST CONTESTANT and the reason for that site is to bring DOWN idol so with them picking the worst contestant they never "win" (so to say) between idol vs!. vote for the worst!.
