Question: Sonny saving kate, not michael!?
im really feeling sorry for sonny, and the crap hes getting from everyone for saving kate instead of michael!. did anyone else notice that when the shooting happened, sonny was standing right beside kate, and michael was on the other side of the room or warehouse or whatever!. he couldnt have covered michael if he wanted to!. anyone else agree w/ me!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes I did and I don't understand the whole major drama about it!. I know Michael was shot but he was on the complete other side of the room and the bullet richocheted!. I guess he could have yelled get down but he and Kate were in the direct line of the bullet!. Michael getting shot was a freak accident!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I agree w/you!. I think Michael being shot was a freak accident and had nothing to do w/Sonny saving Kate!. There's no way Sonny could have predicted that the bullet would ricochet and the gun was aimed at him and Kate, not Michael, who was no where near him!. I don't blame Sonny for that!.
I blame Sonny for not taking his body guards with him and I blame him for leading such a violent lifestyle, where he would need bodyguards and that having people shoot at him is something he only see's as a "buisness hazard"!. I don't know about you, but no one I know see's getting shot at as part of their job description!. LOL!. That said, Michael should have never been there in that warehouse, or anywhere near Sonny and his buisness, in the first place, and Sonny is to blame for that!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I saw that episode!.!.!.What I noticed is that Michael was supposed to be leaving the warehouse at the time Sonny saw the glimmering reflection of the scope on the rifle!. I guess Sonny could have run over to Michael but knowing that he is the target, not Michael and considering Michael was leaving the warehouse I can see why his decision was made!. Besides, Michael was hit because Devlin MISSED and the bullet ricochet!. If Sonny ran toward Michael, he may have gotten a direct bullet!. Who knows!. I see where you are coming from!. The point of this storyline, i guess, is for Sonny to see that he can't protect his children or family from his lifestyle!. What sucks is that he was trying to lean to the legit side of his business and had a "truce" with the Zacarras - what a joke, and wanted Michael to understand the import business!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I think Sonny let his guard down!. He wasn't expecting any trouble with this deal!. He had even called off his guns, so he could show Michael that he could be legit at times!. He was trying to make Micheal proud of his Dad!. But things did not work out that way, that is to be expected when you are a mobster!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I understand what you're saying but when the shot was fired Sonny didn't even look to see where Michael was!. He protected Kate instead!. Forget Kate, Sonny should have checked on Michael first!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
