Pat is Bianca's granddaughter as Pat's son David Wicks is Bianca's Dad - she's never really considered her as a nan as she never really knew her Dad and his family while growing up!
They are kinda related through Ricky as Pat was married to Frank - Ricky's Dad and Bianca was married to Ricky!
