From what I have heard, unless he was on TWO Star Searches or something, He didn't win Star Search!. He was beat, by 16 year old Tiffany Evans who just recently put a C!.D!. out!.
also, the crazy stage-dad rumors come from episodes Archie's dad had on the show!. They are in fact true, and David's dad went as far as to taunting opponents and trying to scare the girls, Tiffany included, into preforming well or physching them out!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

when he was 12! thats why i get annoyed when ppl say he shouldnt be on american idol cuz hes not an 'undiscovered' talent!.!.!.ummm being 12 doesnt really count!. Its not like he has a cd like almost everyone else on the show
