There is a lot that goes on in the show that we don't see!. I'm sure he's breast fed and there is plenty of food on the Island!.
To correct an answer above, Aaron is not older than 6 months on the Island!. The survivors haven't even been on the island for much more than three months, which implies that Aaron is less than three months old!.
Anyway, there's plenty of fish, fruits, and veggies that can be fed to Aaron, in addition to the breast milk that Claire provided!. His feedings are not shown because it's not really of importance unless the show for some reason decided to take a turn to address issues of child nutrition!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Well, I'm sure, up to now Claire has been breast feeding him!. But according to the preview of next week, it looks like "The Oceanic Six" will be going home by the end of next weeks episode!. So Aaron's not gonna go hungry for long!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Well Claire has just recently been separated from Aaron!. When he was with her she must have been breast feeding him, so I don't see where you get the idea that he never eats!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
babies can eat chewed up table food as young as 6 months!. Kids gotta be older than that so no problem!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
