okay, two weeks ago kelso quit and dr cox was named chief of medicine!. so why was he back tonight!? i'm so confused they didnt explain it at allWww@Enter-QA@Com

I'm guessing they just ran the episodes out of order!. For some reason, maybe they thought the fairy tale episode was funnier, and they saved it for the finale!?
Or maybe, since the fairy tale was a story told by Dr!. Cox to his son, he was telling a story based on things that happened before Dr!. Kelso retired!? And we saw the hospital events that inspired the story!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

I was thinking the same thing, but maybe since it was the last episode on NBC! no worries, I was just as confused but I heart SCRUBS! I thought the Janitor looked too funny as the giant!!! remember a"baby on the lips , means a life time on the hips"Www@Enter-QA@Com
I'm glad that there will be another season !.IMO, the princess episode would have been a terrible series finale, as it was intended to be!. As a loyal Scrubs viewer, this episode was disappointing at best!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
