The only common bond is that Lucy and Steven have same mom Cindy so they are half brother and sister!.
Steven does not like the fact that he was not brought up by Ian and is jealous of the relationships he has with his own kids so feels left out!. From what we have been told Steven's dad has not been best dad but think myself Steven has most likely always been the way he is with deep mental illness!.
