I think Michael is in on the setup!. If you think about it why would Michael come to the police station and announce that Jamie was sick!? Wouldn't he ask Antonio to come to the hospital so they could talk in private!? I think they just want Ramsey to think that Jamie is sick and Antonio is desperate for money!. I don't think she's sick at all!. It makes sense that Michael is in on the set up!.
