Question: Does anyone else think that American Idol has turned into nothing more than a popularity contest!?
I used to not think this, but this season I've noticed more and more of the people that really can sing get voted off left so now we are left with the "cute" guys!. Don't get me wrong I do think the final four can sing, but there's been too much of those that can sing getting voted off!.!.!.!.what to you think!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

I definitely agree with you!. Jason Castro is definitely a cutie and I'm sure his looks have helped him be in the Top 4 more than his voice!. But his performances just sucked last night! You shouldn't do that when you're the final 4, ya know!?
David Archuleta is totally the popular one, but atleast the boy can sing!. I love how humble he is too!. I hope fame doesn't change that for him!. David Cook is also incredibly talented!. I will buy his CD whenever it comes out!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yeah, the layout of American Idol has changed so drastically this past season!. I can't even watch it, I'm so disgusted, and I loved the show from the beginning!. Most of the contestants that made it to the final had serious vocal/pitch issues, yet they continued to be voting through to the next round!. I'm so disappointed in this years season!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Last night's show was horrible!. They had a massive catalog to work from and they all picked mediocre songs and did not do a very good job with them!. It was almost as bad as the two weeks that they butchered the Beatles!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
