2nd--Epps was a serial killer who liked to play mind games!. I think he's the one that tried to jump from Bones' balcony, was caught by Booth and then slipped out of his hands to fall to his death (and there was some doubt if Booth let go, Epps wriggled out, or if he simply slipped out of Booth's hand)!.
