It has nothing to do with the writer's strike, the creators, Matt and Trey, weren't part of that, they write the episodes!. They split the seasons up 7 and 7 to make a 14 episode season all together!. The next set of 7 will air in October!. So the last episode "Super Fun Time" was just the mid season finale!. Don't worry! season 12 will continue Oct!. It's a shitty wait though but they've been doing it this way for the last few years!. (Season 8)Www@Enter-QA@Com
The season is only half over; the rest of the season (7 more episodes) will air in the fall!. All South Park seasons since Season 8 consist of 14 episodes, and Trey and Matt have stated that all future seasons will have 14 episodes as well, through the rest of the show's run!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
