No he does not have a soft spot for her, He purposely had Antonio go on that drug buy and knew he would steal the money!. also he has made racial, or anti religious, or anti woman things to Talia!. Things like her being a Muslim, and how did she get blue eyes, and how did she get so far in the department!.
