I don't understand why, last week, Ned touched a woman (not the man with the wooden arm, but the woman who was asleep in that shop) and she didn't die!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Ned doesn't kill people by touching them!.
They have to be dead first, then he touches them and they come back to life, and when he touches them again they go back to being dead, so he doesn't kill them, he just puts them back where they belong!.

she has had to have been dead and for him to have brung her back to life for him to touch her again and her to die!. If she has not already been dead then he can touch her without her dieing

firstly he touches them to bring them back from the dead, then he touches them again and they die forever!.
