Where can I start!? Vocally, of course!. He has such a powerful voice, & it has that husky vibe that I find totally sexy!. His range is INCREDIBLE, he can go three octaves high! Did you hear him hit the high 'E' when singing 'Music of the Night' & the third octave sharp notes when singing 'All I Really Need Is You'!? Hitting those notes is more difficult than anyone can imagine, & to do it with a perfect pitch is simply amazing!. I've yet to hear another performer, not just on American Idol but in any concert, go that high during a live performance!. He is creative & original, & he can take songs from any genre & transform them into his own unique song, rather than sing them as they were written!. He is not limited to one genre (Music of the Night, Little Sparrow, Always Be My Baby are not rock pieces!), unlike Jason & David Archuleta!. People argue that all he can sing is rock, when in fact that is not true!. Sure, a lot of his performances have been rock music, but unlike other contestants, his performances don't sound the same!. It's one thing to sing the same type of music, it's another to sound the same doing it!. On Yahoo! Answers, people who try to predict what David Cook will sing almost always get it wrong, yet he proves to us that he made the right choice with his amazing vocals! Every week he remains true to his roots, yet always has something impressive & surprising in store!. He is a great performer!. He knows the stage better than other contestants (due to his previous experience in several bands) & doesn't show his nervousness while singing, which some people mistake as ignorance when in fact all he is doing is being a great performer! & to top it all off, he is an amazing person doing amazing things!. He does lots of charity work, & wears his orange wristband for a fan named Lindsey Rose, who is currently diagnosed with leukemia!.

Yes, I agree!. Cook was over looked very much in the beginning but he has earned his praise every performance!. Unlike Archie who was the golden boy from the start!. I do think David A!. is talented but overpraised!. And he plays it safe!. David Cook on the other hand delivers every week!. Not only is he comfortable on stage, he connects to the music!. He can take a song and make it sound original and up to date!. His prior music to AI: Analog Heart ,really shows how talented he is!. And the fact it sold so well on Amazon, proves people want to buy/hear his music!. Hes grown as an artist each week and won over new fans!. Hes talented vocally and has taken more chances and risk than anyone in the top4!. I think at this point a battle of the David's would be close but its Cook's game to lose!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Pretty much so and he can't wait to turn over Platinum record one after the other!.!. The guy is a genious and has so much talent to offer!.!. He can take a hit and turn it into another hit song in a very different style!. He looks GREAT just like a star, has great stage presence, and needs very little work!.!.!. dont trust him, every week he has his own favorite, all of them are good that's why they are still there!. it's not only cook whom he says is the best contestant, he also says that to other contestants too!. like what he said about archuleta for being the frontrunner and the one to beat!.!.!. did you remember that !?
all of them has their own styles of music that's why their great !!! and its about the fans or viewers preferences of music thats why they love their favorite AI contestant!.!.!. ^_^

I totally agree!. David C!. has only gotten better with each performance!. His voice is amazing and his screen presence is so appealing!. He has gained such confidence and has also learned to be humble!. He's worked his butt off and deserves to win!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
