What episode of Cold Case was this?!

The episode had a girl die and she died next to a dog she had just kept her ex-boss from killing!. also from this episode: The man from the Alcoholics Anonymous or something like that was trying to use her for sex!. She gave her boss a bl0w j0b towards the end of the episode so she didn't get fired!. The man who was trying to use her for sex made a comment about how she wasn't worth anything, she was just a piece of crap, then she said "and even I won't do you" so that is why he ended up killing her!. ummm, I can't remember anything else, just that this was the saddest episode I'd ever seen!. I'm a guy and even I was touched by it!. Made me very sad inside!. lol
So anyways, anybody know what episode this was!? My girlfriend told me she doesn't ever cry over movies or TV shows, but I bet her that if she saw this episode, she would cry!. Now I can't remember what episode it was! Please help!!! lolWww@Enter-QA@Com
